Pre-Weekend Notes

If you’re a fan of the American League, last night was brutal. CJ Wilson of the Rangers pitched out of his mind, considering the circumstances. Unfortunately for him the rest of the Rangers didn’t show up, offense or the bullpen. After CJ left they kept it close and then….*Ka-Boom!* The Rangers leave San Francisco with their tail between legs and stumble home back to Arlington as this year’s 2008 Tampa Rays.

I have a big sports weekend ahead of me: the first post-Stanley Cup Blackhawks game followed by my first college football game on Saturday – I won’t say who it is yet, but I’m sure it’ll get a few people to laugh.
